contribution

There are still many ways to give a contribution to the Indiana Conference before December 31 and receive a tax-deductible receipt for 2015!

You can give through your local church or directly to the Indiana Conference by December 31.  If you mail your contribution, it must be postmarked no later than December 31.

You can give online using the “Online Giving” button on our home page.  You must do this before midnight on December 31.

You can give gifts of securities.  Please contact the Treasury Department for more information.

You can give gifts of real property.  Please contact the Indiana Association for more information.

You can give highly appreciated assets and receive income for life.  Please contact the Planned Giving & Trust Services Department for more information.

You can fund a charitable gift annuity.  Please contact the Planned Giving & Trust Services Department for more information.

You can name the Indiana Association as a beneficiary on a life insurance policy.

Congress probably will vote to allow IRS charitable rollovers.  Please contact your tax advisor and the Planned Giving & Trust Services Department for more information.

Please contact the Indiana Conference if you have any questions or need additional help in completing your gift.  Thank you for considering a year-end gift to God’s work!

If you are 70 ½ and older, because of the Protecting Americans from Tax Hikes Act of 2015 (PATH), you can now take advantage of IRA charitable rollovers and donate as much as $100,000 a year to benefit God’s work here in Indiana from your IRA.  This counts as your required minimum distribution and is excluded from your income.  The provision is retroactive to January, 2015.  To make your IRA charitable rollover, contact your tax advisor and your IRA custodian.  Any 2015 gifts must be made by December 31, 2015.  PATH makes the IRA charitable rollover permanent.
