Camp Meeting 2012 Adult Program Sabbath Offering

Sabbath Offering

Gratitude is a wonderful characteristic. This is how the inner joy of our soul bubbles out into the lives of others. Gratitude is true evidence we have received the priceless reward of Christ’s sacrifice for our sins.

Expressing a smile of appreciation, words of affirmation, a kind hand clasp, an invitation or a loaf of fresh bread, speaks more about our gratitude to God than about ourselves. Sharing our testimony and contributing an offering to spread the Everlasting Gospel of Jesus to those who have not received His invitation is perhaps one of the most selfless gestures of gratitude one redeemed soul can give to another.

Within the borders of Indiana we have people from almost every nation in the world. Missions used to be outside the United States. God is sending people to the U.S. like He used to send them to Jerusalem, that they may receive the Words of Life. Camp meeting Sabbath we are given the opportunity to Fund the Mission, Finish the Work.

In order for the offering to bless your soul spiritually, physically and mentally it must be given as gratitude to Jesus for saving you from the powers and penalty of sin. “Christ gave Himself, an atoning sacrifice, for the saving of a lost world. He was treated as we deserve, in order that we might be treated as He deserves. He was condemned for our sins, in which He had no share, that we might be justified by His righteousness, in which we had no share. He suffered the death which was ours, that we might receive the life which was His. “With His stripes we are healed.” 8T, 208

Please give an extra love gift to Jesus this camp meeting Sabbath so we will have funds to share Him with more people in Indiana than ever before.

Together we can hasten the coming of Jesus and hear Him say, “Well done.”
